Problem Note 66178: The EBA taxonomies package validation fails for an assertion test that contains "xff:has-fallback-value" if there is a space in the QName parameters

When you create an EBA taxonomies package in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench, validation might fail for an assertion test that contains xff:has-fallback-value. This issue occurs when the value contains a space in the QName parameters. Here is an example that would trigger the issue:
xff:has-fallback-value(QName('',<space>'a'))
In the code above, <space> refers to a whitespace character.
